AI interview and screening agents

First-round interviews take hours and vary from one interviewer to the next. An AI screening agent asks every candidate the same questions and gives your team a consistent summary to review.

What we build

What we need from you

  1. The roles and the questions that matter for each
  2. Your must-have and nice-to-have criteria
  3. How and where candidate information should be stored
  4. Who reviews results and when

What to keep in mind

How we work

We follow four steps on every project: brief (you tell us what you need), design (we build it and share progress), refine (you review and we iterate) and deliver (final files, live deployment or handoff). Not sure where to start? Book a free consultation.

Frequently asked questions

Can an AI agent decide who gets hired?

We do not build it for that. It runs the first-round interview and produces a summary, and your team makes the decision.

Is it fair to candidates?

Asking everyone the same questions is more consistent than ad hoc interviews, but any tool can carry bias. We recommend reviewing results regularly and offering a human route.

Do candidates need to be told it is an AI?

We recommend yes, and some jurisdictions require disclosure or have rules on automated hiring tools. Check what applies to you.

How much does an interview agent cost?

It depends on the scope and complexity of what you need. Tell us about your project and we will come back with a plan and a price after a free consultation, with no obligation to proceed.

Want consistent first-round screening?

Tell us about your roles and we will show you how an agent could handle the first round.
